We are Jenon Leather, a Czech brand from Moravia that focuses on the artisanal production of premium barefoot shoes and leather accessories. We continue the tradition of shoemaking in the Zlín region (home to the famous Baťa company) and create products that combine honest craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless design.

Our experienced craftsmen create high-quality footwear and pay attention to every stitch, every curve, and high-quality materials. For us, handcrafting means a guarantee of comfort and originality based on experience and tradition.
Sustainability is not just an empty phrase for us
Sustainability means not only long-lasting footwear and long lasting feet but also minimal impact on nature. We see natural materials, handcrafted production, and a preference for local suppliers as core values that are reflected in our products on both a tangible and intangible (ethical) level. We are not tempted by the glitz of fast fashion. We follow our own path, which is a goal in itself.

DESIGNER AND HEAD OF THE SEWING WORKSHOP
SJU
Zuzka is our company's chief designer. She designs cuts, approves their implementation, and selects trendy colors for each season. She is also in charge of the sewing workshop. She leads our team of seamstresses and trains new colleagues. Sju has extensive experience from a private barefoot workshop and has also worked for Baťa, among others.
DESIGNER AND BRAND MANAGER
JAN
Jan is responsible for the design and implementation of haberdashery products. He looks after our brand, is in charge of the e-shop, promotion, and, above all, communication with customers. In addition, he is also involved in creating new designs and innovations in the field of products.
PRODUCTION MANAGER AND HR MANAGER
ONDRA
Ondra is undoubtedly the most skilled member of our team. That is why he is in charge of shoe production. He studied metal engraving and has more than 15 years of experience in handcrafting. His experience and meticulousness are evident in every product he makes. You can be sure that if Ondra creates something for you, it will be a piece of work that is absolutely perfect.
HISTORY
We come from Zlín, the cradle of shoemaking. The company was founded in January 2019 in Zlín, where Tomáš Baťa's industrial production has left an indelible mark on the character of the city. We did not inherit the shoemaking craft from our ancestors. Nevertheless, we decided to embark on a journey that was supposed to be just a hobby and eventually became our mission. From the desire to create something meaningful, with our own hands and honestly, Jenon Leather was born, following its own path.
The beginnings were not easy. We learned as we went along, from books, from more experienced masters, and from our own mistakes. The first shoes, the first satisfied customers, the first moment when we said to ourselves, "This makes sense." Every pair of shoes that leaves our workshop is proof that we have chosen the right path. We didn't want to compromise between tradition and innovation. We chose both. Today, we are no longer just two people in a small workshop. We are a team united by a passion for honest production, respect for craftsmanship, and a desire to do things differently. And even as we grow, one thing will never change. Every pair of shoes we create must be something we would want to wear ourselves.
