Returning goods from countries outside the EU:
If you are sending goods from outside the EU, you must clear customs with your carrier as a CLAIM or RETURNED GOODS. We cannot accept goods without this customs clearance.

How long does it take to process an order?
For custom production, payment must be made in advance. Only after crediting the financial amount to our account with a duly completed order can we start production. Delivery time depends on the number of orders received, but the maximum delivery time is within thirty days.

Are you clear in your order?
It is necessary to fill in the online order form, where you provide your contact details and delivery address, enter the order specification in a note and, if necessary, upload the order specification file (eg foot drawing).
